Privacy Policy

What this website does with your data, which is very close to nothing.

Data controller

Velum Studio S.r.l. — Via Tortona 27, 20144 Milano — P. IVA IT09988776656 — hello@velum.josemdonieli.workers.dev

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the controller is the party named above. Questions about this policy go to the same address.

What is collected

Nothing is transmitted. This site is a static build: there is no server-side application, no database, no analytics and no advertising. No form on this site sends anything anywhere.

  • The newsletter field validates the address in your browser and confirms on screen. The address is never sent and never stored.
  • The checkout validates the form and shows a confirmation. No payment method is collected, nothing is charged, and no order is created. There are deliberately no card fields on the page.
  • The cart lives in your browser local storage and never leaves your device.

Web server access logs may record your IP address and browser for security and diagnostics, as is technically unavoidable when serving any page. That processing rests on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Third parties

None. Typefaces and JavaScript libraries are served from this same domain rather than from Google Fonts or a CDN, precisely so that your IP address is never disclosed to anyone else. Opening this site contacts no other server.

If a third-party script is ever added, it will be blocked until you consent — see the Cookie Policy.

Your rights

Articles 15 to 22 GDPR give you the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

In practice there is nothing here to access or erase: the only data about you sits in your own browser, and clearing your site data removes it. See the Cookie Policy for how.

Note

Velum is a fictional brand built as a portfolio exercise. This document describes accurately what the code on this site does, but it is a template: before publishing, have it checked against your actual hosting, logging and processors.
